Refund policy
At Aekaa, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if your order arrives with any defects, we’re here to make it right.
Returns: We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged. You can initiate a return within 14 days of your purchase. Please ensure the garment is unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags intact. Please note that sale items are non-returnable & kindly review your order on delivery.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the same payment method used, once approved.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at helloaekaa@gmail.com.
