2. Product Information

All products listed are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, print, or stitching may occur. These are not defects but a reflection of the handmade nature of our designs. We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy due to screen differences.

3. Orders & Payment

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch. We accept secure payments through trusted payment gateways. Aekaa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, out-of-stock items, or other unforeseen issues.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped across India with an estimated delivery time of 0–7 business days. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns for defective or damaged products. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact. Sale items are not eligible for return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your data to third parties. Payment details are encrypted and securely processed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Aekaa and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court, Ernakulam, Kochi.
